Brian and I made it to Washington DC for Valentines Day. I left Wednesday on the all-nighter to Dulles airport. I was in coach middle seat, its not the best for sleeping but I got on. Brian wa
s flying up from Jacksonville, Fl Thursday morning, which his flight had a 2-hour delay. That was ok it gave the day time to warm up. Once we were together we made our way to the the hotel. We took the Washington Flyer to the meter stop and hoped on
the meter to Union Station. Our hotel was 2 big blocks from Union Station and about 3 big blocks from the Capital. The weather was great the whole time we were there. If you were in the wind watch out. You will wished you had a hat and mittens. By the afternoon the wind was gone and it was sooo nice to be in the sun. We walked every where. We hit all the tourist spots and had fun. By the end of the day our feet hurt.

I was not sure I wanted to do a short row or just do a normal heel that I know how to do. I decided to do the short row heel, so I went to google and looked it up. I found two different sites and found out what I wanted. I did it and love it. I most likely will never do a heel flap again. That is it for now.
